How will you make an impact

As a communication Student Assistant in Innovation you will work closely with the members of the Innovation Leadership Team and play an important role in exciting and uniting our colleagues across Arla around Innovation through events, articles, presentations and other types of engagement.

You will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of our communication strategy and activities. Communication plays an important role in creating visibility around our value creating activities and strengthen our position. Hence, interest for creating meaningful content and a creative approach to driving engagement are key. With focus on communication strategy, content creation, and events, your main

areas of responsibility will include:

• Create compelling and innovative content to improve visibility of innovation activities and excite the organization around innovation. This includes creating visual content such as videos, infographics, and presentations, and writing articles on our internal SharePoint site
• Help manage our few internal communication channels: MS Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage to ensure consistency, relevance & engagement
• Support the department in the planning of events, ad hoc surveys and other activities

• In progress with a Communication degree
• Flair for story-telling and content creation
• Fluent in English
• Flair for graphical design and layout
• Experience with Microsoft Applications, i.e. PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms, Excel, and SharePoint, Viva Engage is an advantage.

The position is for 10-15 hours a week, and can be placed over several days. We are also flexible around your exams.
